In total, we have a fleet of 20+ CNC machines, providing us flexibility to meet a range of precision complexities, models, sizes and best price points depending on what our customers need to satisfy. The size of items that can be manufactured ranges from very small parts - the size of a pen tip, up to parts 1000 to 2000mm long. An important differentiator in capability is the ability to machine to an ultra-high accuracy of just 5 microns. The majority of machines are multi-axis allowing minimal setup manufacture of complex parts with optimized high quality and through input of Quality managements. All of our machines are also high equipped with through-spindle coolant allowing for machining of hard Metal parts and achieving the fantastic surface finish. Most formats of Licensed CAD data can be received and are used to offline program the CNC machines, and CMM inspection process for optimized performance of quality assurance.
CNC MILLING
Staying at the cutting edge of quality technology, SSEW operates an extensive fleet of automated CNC Machining driven by 3 & 4, axis milling systems including both horizontal and vertical equipment. Our milling machines have multiple pallets range for greater efficiency of achieving high accuracy and tools magazines ranging from 20 to 24 tools to support the precision machining with minimal set up time for high range quality machining process. We machine parts of various sizes ranging from a few millimeters upto 2 meter components. Machines with varying RPMs and torque allows us to mill not only standard materials such as Aluminium,stainless steel ,copper & Titanium and also hard & exotics like Tungsten, hardened Steels, & plastics like Delrin. Our equipment includes of power Carbide Cutters for High Quality Products Manufacturing.
CNC TURNING
SSEW’s multi axis turning centers allow us to machine complex & precise geometries. Turning Components and our turning centers are equipped with bar feeding capability allowing us to run high-volume jobs with ease and . We have machines that can accommodate work pieces up to 300mm diameter: and inserts & Tool holders of high Quality to get accuracy of world class products
Assembly Set-up
From installing to Fixing the precision assemblies to complex sub-assemblies, SSEW offers a comprehensive assembly with Experienced service support team to fulfill customer needs as per their Requirements . We have become recognized as a specialist in supplying of miniature sub-assemblies for a range of quality markets. Combining precision manufactured components. with our sub-assembly is a key competency. We are well equipped to provide a variety of sub-assemblies using a variety of SS 316 Grade fasteners, adhesives and high Quality welding technologies.
Our assembly department includes air conditioned, clean, well-organized and lighted individual assembly stations with Experienced team. All Welding activities are carried out with the support of our Experienced Engineers with close eye for better achievements
